The Access to Memory (AtoM) Foundation is holding its Annual General Meeting (AGM) on November 12, 2025 at 9:00 a.m. PST / 12:00 p.m. EST / 6:00 p.m. CET (5:00 p.m. UTC).

Unless otherwise specified, the institutional member’s contact person will be the person considered delegated to act (vote and participate) on behalf of the member. If the contact person is not available, the member may appoint another person from their institution/organization as their representative for the AGM. To identify an alternate representative, AtoM Foundation members should RSVP to Isabelle Alain, info@accesstomemoryfoundation.org by November 11, 2025.
The Members' Forum for the 2025 AGM will be an open discussion. Please feel free to prepare institutional member updates and discussion questions; this forum is also an opportunity to raise other concerns. Updates and discussion topics can be submitted ahead of time.
